Do you take same-day appointments?
Yes, there are times when same-day appointments are taken. The best way to book one same day is to text Jacqueline at 386-871-1101.
Where are you located?
3930 S. Nova Rd, Suite 300, is in Port Orange. It is half a mile south of Dunlawton on Nova Rd. It's on the third floor of the Nova Professional Building, a three-story tan-colored building.
Is draping required?
Yes, some form of draping is always required. Standard draping is a sheet and thin blanket. Additional blankets are available if someone gets cold, and if you prefer lighter draping, we can remove the blanket or use a towel. But some form of draping will always be used.
Can you do couples massages in Port Orange?
Since this is a one-person studio, only one person can get a massage at a time. Couples can book back-to-back appointments, and there is a place to wait while the other person is having their session.
Do you provide massage therapy for minors?
Yes, but depending on the child's age, the parent will be required to remain in the room at all times. A parent or guardian must also sign a minor massage consent form before the appointment.
Do you do deep tissue massage?
No, that is not a modality offered at Zensational Massage Therapy. Not everyone needs deep tissue massage; please read here to learn more about that. What type of massage oil or lotion do you use?
Jacqueline uses only hypoallergenic products with cleaner ingredients. For standard massages, she uses an all-natural, plant-based gel containing jojoba and green tea extract. Additional therapeutic lotion options are also available to further enhance the experience. These can be selected when booking an appointment.
Do I have to talk during the massage, or should I always be silent?
This is a personal preference, and Jacqueline will always follow the client's lead. If you want to talk during the massage, that is fine; if you prefer silence, that is also great. Jacqueline will only open discussion during a massage to inquire about things related to your comfort. It's your massage and your call! Also, let me know if you have a music preference, and I'll play that during the massage.
Does your listed massage time include time spent on dressing and consultation?
No, it does not. The time listed is the actual time of the massage. You will be given additional time for consultation and dressing. Many places list a 60—or 90-minute massage but then deduct 10 minutes from that to cover dressing and consultation.
